And that's what fuels the competitive aspect of the game. The guy with the best stats will keep getting better, and getting promoted unless the grunts team up against him.
Sarge does more kills at long range? Sorry sir, we've just upgraded our power claws and need to be at close range.
The Lt is going to kill the last token again? Time to interrupt with a flashback!
The Colonel rolled badly and is at close range? Fire in the hole! Sorry about the grenade sir. It will heal
And even with scores of 10/8 you will roll badly and get eaten eventually.
