In fact, it is Cubicle-7 which have the rights of the english-version of Qin. So they are the ones you can ask for new supplements in english.
Edit : Oops, i'm late on this info.
But i really hope english translations of the supplements will be available soon, because i'm very interrested on your critics & points of view about the game.
