I am, perhaps, stepping on a suckmine - but tally-ho.
What's the story on the Red Hulk?
I just read the wikipedia article and was honestly surprised to discover that Red Hulk is not Hulk-only-red-for-some-reason-I-didn't-know(i assumed he was just really, really pissed off), but some wholly other dude. Who apparently bitch-slaps the Marvel Iconics at-will.
WTF?
What's the real scoop?
Is it worth it for the art? I like McGuinness on Batman/Superman a few years back.
Red Hulk was interesting for a while. He's actually an evil genius Hulk. Which more or less makes him a terrestrial version of Thanos anyway. However, the story has gotten old.
You mean, should you pay money for a comic that's written badly, and by doing so encourage them to keep printing it? Hm, let me think about that one...
NO.
Save your money. Don't increase the sales figures for bad comics, they don't need your help. Go buy something good instead!

What I really want to know is when we can expect Blue Hulk, Yellow Hulk and the rest of the Hulk Corps to arrive, and the ultimate battle with Black Hulk and the Marvel Zombies.
(This thought was spurred by seeing a custom figure of Blue Hulk. Captain Universe Bruce Banner, from 2005, and not actually connected to the current wacky nonsense.)

"I fear we are not getting rid of God because we still believe in grammar." (F. Nietzsche)
I remember years ago on the DC boards Loeb said he hated explaning things in his works, as whatever theories the fanboys came up with in conversations with themselves would always be more interesting.
Then he said he loved the twist ending of the Planet of the Apes remake, because of the conversations he had with his son trying to work it out.
The uncharitable would say that this is an example of writing any old shit and leaving the mess for others to clean.
By the way, in Empire this month, they had a list of the worst Hollywood twists of all time, take a guess at what was number one?

At some point thus far we've had a blue hulk, emerald olive and salad green hulks, a yellow hulk, a red hulk, a gray hulk and once due to possession a white hulk.
