If you've ever been to Delphi forums, these places are hosted on a system that uses a similar layout, but uses X7chat. The site they're hosted at is a free site, HanginOutForums.com, and they offer free membership and some nice free services; like free, add free forums and chat room hosting, forum web page space, member attachment and web space, site IM and email, and more! They have a features list and an about page that tells a lot about them and the services they offer.

This one is at another free site, where they host free, add-free phpbb RPGaming boards with integrated X7chat. If you're looking for a host for a phpbb rpgaming board, you can email them and they let you know how to get your own board hosted at their site, with it's own X7chat. However, it has to be RPG or RPG related, they don't host any other kinds of forums or chats.
