Those are both known problems. The first one shows up whenever a new column is entered, the second one just shows the issue # without the volume # when you're first entering it. They shouldn't cause any actual incorrect results, but I'm going to see if I can get them fixed (along with other recently reported issues) when I get back in the office next week.

Sure, unless they were later retroactively numbered (e.g., they were considered vol. 1 or issues 1-4 or something), then enter the number.
If it doesn't let you enter something without an issue number (which is possible), just enter then with "1" or something and remind me to change them here.
