I paid for some stuff, and get weird programming errors. So I sent in bug reports, because I can't get the items I paid for. And the site was very slow all day, and previews don't work on a lot of stuff. Kinda sucks, since it is a sale day.

After all the hype about the Adamant sale on DriveThruRPG I tried going to my account and when I forgot my password it was all I could do to get a new one until I realized their address e-mails seem to go straight to my Spam file. Once I actually changed my password I got a "down for maintenance" error until just now.

Yeah, I bought a couple items at DriveThru today and paid via Paypal. When I got redirected to the site, I got some error message that the servers were down for maintenance and try again later. When I did get in, I didn't have links for the products I purchased, so I emailed Customer Support. They tried to blame Paypal, citing a lag in payment, but said they were able to fix the problem. When I returned later to download the items, I got more weird error messages. After several retries, I finally got the items to download, the last of which is still running now. Obviously, they're having problems with the load due to the sale.

I ordered from them about a month ago, and wierd crap happened with my order. No email invoice, no record of hte order in my account, but i got billed on my credit card.
While i was trying to sort it out with customer service, the stuff i ordered showed up in the mail. Closed that ticket right out.
