I can only chime in to agree with Eric on this one. Hermes Portal is a fantastic digest of the divergent views found within the Ars Magica community.

AM tends to attract people who want to put their own spin on matters in the game, especially those who have a background in history, theology, and/or mysticism. The issues have material of deep intellectual calibre dealing with all aspects of the game, from background material to game mechanics.

If you play the game, go to the HP site and get a subscription -- you will find it intriguing.

Err... Alex was claiming that he did write the _review_ of HP in this same forum, not the publication per se.

Appart, Alex did write some articles for HP as well. But yes, he is not Eric Kouris. AFAIK they live half the world away from each other, actually

He never claimed to be Eric, but he can take credit for what he wrote, I guess

And yes, it seems he DID write that review. Actually I feel it would be rather moronic of Eric to write a praise of his own publication here. Usually publishers tend to avoid doing that just in case it backgfires on them.
