What's with the CJ Carella fetish in this review?
CJ Carella's other writing is damn fine, especially the two Buffy books. (Can't speak for Witchcraft, as I don't own it... yet.) Plus, CJC also created the Unisystem, original and light, which all of Eden's newer games use.

Most importantly, CJ wrote the BUFFY core book, and Steve understandably holds that up as a kind of standard for the rest of the line. (He also wrote THE SLAYER'S HANDBOOK, which I haven't picked up yet.)
I think he's been with Eden for a while (CJ, not Steve, obviously), at least as early as 2000 as one of the writers on ALL FLESH MUST BE EATEN. Which is a nice piece of work in and of itself, so well, you can see where the reputation comes from.

I don't usually post comments about reviews, but this was a really good one. It was very analytical, illustrated why the author liked or disliked certain features of the product, and had a bit of humor too. Well done!
