[RPG]: Torn Asunder Critical Hits, reviewed by NPC Jeremy (4/5)

http://www.rpg.net/reviews/archive/9/9651.phtml

Jeremy Reaban's Summary:

An expanded critical hit system for d20. It's not Rolemaster d20! While it adds a lot of flavor (and depth) to d20 combat and critical hits, it doesn't go overboard in lethality or charts or gorey injuries.

Must have been a prior critical hit.

Poor little kobold.

IIRC, that how they were back in the beige book days, so jolly good. Thanks for the informative review!

Well, they do at birth, but they have them removed. Kind of like certain breeds of dogs.

Why? So they can wear clothing, armor and sit in chairs.
