http://www.rpg.net/reviews/archive/9/9690.phtml

Michael N Brown's Summary:

The first supplement detailing one of the Dragon-Blooded Aspects, this book expands brilliantly on the place of the Terrestrial Exalted in the Age of Sorrows.

On the documents of the past, those are not from the Solar Deliberative time it seems. They're from the Shogunate Era, whihc is right after the Solar Usurpation until about the Contagion.

Even so, you're right. The Dragon-Blooded have fallen a ways as far as things go.

Stuff.

Ledaal Kes?

Dammit! I have an Air Dragonblooded character named Ledaal KAS.

Great, now everyone'll think I have no imagination. Grrrr.

I for one really enjoyed the section on the Immaculate Dragon Mela I think its an essential read for all Immaculate players and I really look forward to similar sections in the coming Aspect Books.

Something I found fun to add with that is the idea that just 'cause you know the Sidereals are there doesn't mean that you know that Anathema aren't all that bad.

This is a nice way to go just 'cause I can chastise players who go to the Heptagram for thinking that the Anathema Usurpation was all a big lie. Nah. The Sidereals are just a secretive versio of Terrestrials

Stuff.

You're quite correct. I should have written 'before the Great Contagion', or 'after the Usurpation'. My goof.

he actually did say that. their documented history can trace back, with some 'accuracy', all the way to the beginning of the shogunate era. Any existing documentation of pre usurpation is of the level of artifact, and is most likely under the control of the sidereals, the little gods, or some powerful lone solar/lunar.
