This, along with the other Lovecraft Country books, is what all supplements/adventure modules should be, IMHO.

Agreed. Just wanted to make one comment: the demography of the town seems to reflect that of a small New England town in the 1920s. Prejudice was often directed at immigrants from Southern and Eastern Europe, such as Gilman's housemates from "Witch-House."
