[RPG]: Dread: The First Book of Pandemonium, reviewed by Thomas Bagwell (Tom B.) (3/4)

http://www.rpg.net/reviews/archive/9/9833.phtml

Thomas Bagwell (Tom B.)'s Summary:

Dread is an occult horror game in a modern setting. The mechanics are very simple, and well-written fiction adds a lot to conveying the mood and feel of the setting. Beware if strong language or graphic descriptions aren?t to your liking, however. A definite recommendation.

Tom, thanks for the review! I really appreciate it. Rest assured, when the second edition is created, I'll be taking this feedback into consideration.

Rafael,

I'd never heard of this game before I read this review. I've now skimmed over your website, and read a bit more about it. I must say, it looks tremendous. Too bad you were only able to do it as a limited run initially. I'll be keeping my eyes out for it, and hopefully pick up a copy next time.

Thanks, Zomben.

Actually, I do have a few left. I'm planning on taking them to a local hobby store later this month.

If you want one of them, you can email me at spaniard@rafaelchandler.com and we can talk about it.

The email you listed isn't working for me for some reason, and neither is the one on your webpage. I was wondering how else to contact you because I would seriously be intereted in getting my hands on a bound copy of your book.

Well, try rafael@malignantgames.com. That's the old address, and it should be working just fine. Not sure why the other one isn't working. I may have mistyped. Sorry about that.

Or -- you could send me a PM. My handle here on RPG.Net is Malignant Games. If you PM me, I'll get right back to you with all the info you need.

Hope to hear from you soon!

I don't know if its my email server or not, but I'm still unable to send an email to you that isn't returned. Maybe if you could contact me and then I would be able to reply. Hopefully that would work(?). And I hope that you still have a copy of the book that you would be able to part with.

Thanks again.

The review was good. Nice and informative. Hell, it has me interested in the game now!

Another thing to add to the growing list, LOL.
