Missing HTML separators

This is a perpetual problem with the Baen novels; it has to do with HTML ignoring white space, and can't really be dealt with, unfortunately.

Well, in the EARLY part of the novel, text is separated by a line with "* * *" in it. But those are not present later on in the book.
