The review section of the RPG.net list doesn't give a decimal system. It leans more towards a 10 then a 9 though, so I rounded.

I'll probably never convince my gaming group to play a shoujo game, but I'd already pre-ordered HQ revised and am eagerly awaiting the print version. I wonder when it's coming out in hardcopy.

As the chief developer of HQR, I find some of the reactions I;ve gotten very interesting.

What I'dlike to know is what some people really think of this game. I'm very proud of my work, but that's only natural.I wouldn;t have done it if I thought it wasn;t a great idea. A lot of the people I met face-to-face, though, told me the entire idea was rather ridiculous. I strongly diagree of course, and feel part of the problem amy be a dispute over what it means to actually roleplay. if roleyplaying involves bashing monsters and taking their stuff, this isn't the game. But if it involved developing characters and growing them, then heartQuest is a near-perfect roleplaying game.
