...so what's the setting, again? I don't have a sense of it other than a post-apoc Mad Max/Fallout... what seperates it from these?

Nothing, I'm afraid. Which is, IMHO, it's biggest flaw.
Post-apoc U.S. with machines that have gone rogue and devasatated large swathes of land, as evidenced by vague blobs painted over a present-day U.S. map included in the rulebook.

Still, the game's a masterpiece when compared to the same design team's newer effort, the dark-fantasy Monastyr.

I don't think there is one. Sorry.
Not surprising, really, considering that the game is available only in Polish, and thus you'd need to know Polish in order to use it (or at least the GM would).
