There's nothing particularly weird or creepy about Femme Fatales. It's a T&A magazine...a fantasy, science fiction, and horror oriented one, but a T&A magazine nonetheless.

I only read it for the pictures

That was utterly useless.

A review of a "T&A" magazine for a gaming site? And the best tie-in that could be found was as a way to keep guys from wandering around your wife's house? I'd say that's not only useless, but it creeps me right the hell out.

Greetings,

Sorry to hear the review creeped you out.

>>A review of a "T&A" magazine for a gaming site? And the best tie-in that could be found was as a way to keep guys from wandering around your wife's house? I'd say that's not only useless, but it creeps me right the hell out.<<

Actually the really creepy part is this really isn't much of a "T&A" magazine, either. Not that I'm an expert, mind, but the 'zine fails on too many levels. You'll find more revealing pictures in a JCPenny catalog. Which, when you think about it, is what makes this one so suitable for the use I propose.

Every gaming group has that one guy with the limited attention span and this 'zines juvenille writing and not-quite salacious pictures is just enough to keep your groups Kevin's entertained. While offering offense to no one. It's that kind of 'zine.

I know what you're thinking. You're thinking that I got stuck with this abyssmal piece of crud after buying it hoping for a indepth article about Stargate SG1 and I, upon realizing the 'zine was a total turd, figured misery loves company. But the real reason I reviewed this was that book review with the gamer oriented remarks.

That one floored me.

Kind Regards,

Kester Pelagius

*Not* Weird and creepy

It boggles my mind to think that someone might not know it exists. There was once a magazine devoted to the sexy ladies of science fiction, which was going strong for a few years. I have a few issues myself, though it actually had *articles*, mind you, along with pretty pics that weren't as unclothed as Femme Fatales.

That being said, there's Maxim, Stuff, and FHM. Each of these falls into the not-quite-Playboy category.
