Here are the last 13 24 hour rpgs (phew!) I review my own entry, and everything! And an entirely new game mechanic in one. Take a look!

First, thanks for the review - the high marks made me blush. In fact, congratulations on an overall spectacular series of reviews for all of the 24 Hour RPGs! Great work!

Sincerely,
James D. Hargrove

Yup, very nice summary. Since I haven't had time to go through them all myself, it was really nice to see some pointers as to what each one was about.

Welcome. It was fun, even if a rather long process. (10700 words for the three reviews. not counting reading and analysis time. Argh)

And now two more have been submitted, after this years great event. double Argh!

Atlantis

Now have had a couple days for overview.

The one I am most conflicted about is Last Days of Atlantis. I think I marked a little hard. Should be at least a B+ in retrospect. I am fairly comfortable with the other marks, for whatever they are worth.

Warm regards,
Evan

Haiku

Actually, I liked this one. I don't think it was supposed to be a game as much as an "art project". Yeah, they make fun of White Wolf (I'm a Mage the Ascension player), but it's all in good fun. So maybe as a game, it fails, but I did get a laugh out of it and thought it was kinda cute. Maybe it should have been submitted elsewhere...

Hmn... should have tried writing this post in haiku.

It does not poke fun
At the wolf with winter's coat
You just don't get it

The dark vampire
Always travels with the pack
And makes himself known.
With his deep undead footprints
he represents the white wolf.

No need to be harsh
Unless I have mistaken
Your simplicity.
One can sound quite blunt and curt
when employing this style.

An allusion then
To the shadowy pale ghosts
With mascara tears?
Your annoyance understood
Why cry in suburbia?

Let us pause for now.
A riotous war of flame
Would scar the heart.
And my deep apologies
I used tanka form instead. (:

There once was a post on the Internet,
"Little_Rat" was the sender's web sobriquet.
Haiku's author was terse
in the voice of his voice,
so now poems become the new etiquette
