The dread wraith is one of my favourite monsters in the Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary. If I painted miniatures, I'd pick this up.

Come to think of it, how difficult do you think this one would be to paint? It's not like it has a lot of skin and weapon bits. Hm...

It's fantastically easy to paint.

I went with a tin base on the lantern and highlighted it with brass.

The fire I went with a dark green and worked my way to up white before giving it a green ink wash.

The majority of the figure is cloth and folds. I started with chaos black, did some mixing of grey and black (about 80-20), then highlighted it up from there and gave it a black wash.

Good stuff and nice size too. Perfect for a "boss" undead.
