Good review

Wasn't going to pick this up but I think I will based on your comments. Good review.

[RPG]: All Flesh Must Be Eaten: One of the Living, reviewed by Dan Davenport (5/5)

http://www.rpg.net/reviews/archive/11/11791.phtml

Dan Davenport's Summary:

If you've ever doubted that All Flesh Must Be Eaten could make for a long-running campaign, this is the book to prove you wrong. If you've ever wanted to run an All Flesh Must Be Eaten game set well into the post-zombie-apocalypse period, this is a book you must have.

Wow- this sounds really, really useful. The social and world-building aspects of Romero's DEAD movies are sometimes the best part, and the same goes for 28 DAYS LATER. I might have to pick this up.

Where credit is due

While Dan listed me as the book's primary author, I feel I should throw out props to a couple other guys:

Brian Isikoff (RPG.net's "Molotov) wrote the Sunset Falls chapter based on my outline.
David Ackerman wrote most of the Jury-rigging chapter as well as the new zombie aspects based on my original ideas.

Basically, about half the book I actually wrote, the rest I farmed out to talented friends/colleagues, etc. based on outlines and brainstorming. The book itself includes a 'clear credit' box outlining who did what.

I can't take credit for their work, though.

Glad you liked the book!

Re: Where credit is due

Interesting: I read this review this morning, and this afternoon I got the book out of my mailbox.

Couldn't have been better timing

Oh, definitely. If that's what you like best about zombie movies, this is definitely a book for you.

Forgot: Stellar review as always, Dan.

I guess you don't get tired of hearing it, or you'd quit writing them.

PS: Don't quit writing them
