Palladium In Trouble

If you're a fan or in any way care about Palladium, you'll want to check this out and possibly step up to help out. For the anti-PB crowd, please try to remember even if it isn't your cup of tea, it is for a lot of folks, and it also represents the possibility of unemployment for some folks, so be kind.

EDIT: My feelings on the matter via my site.

Re: Palladium In Trouble

Look, I may not be a big fan of the system and Mr. Siembeida has done more than a few things that make me question some of his actions and decision, but...

I never wanted something like this to happen to him or any member of the company, and if I could I would order that print to help out.

But alas, I am sincerely dead broke.

Sorry to hear about this. I hope that they're able to turn things around.

Re: Palladium In Trouble

Wow, that really sucks. Normally, I'd even cynically deride it as a ploy to boost ailing sales...but given what happened to SJG in the not-too-distant past, I can't make that claim. I'm no fan of Rifts, or Kevin, thanks to their shennanigans over the years, but someone screwing them out of a truckload of cash just ain't kosher in my book. I wish them the best of luck on bailing Palladium out.

Re: Palladium In Trouble

I'm not a Palladium fan or a hater but what I got from this was basically:

We have made a series of risky business decisions which didn't pan out and we had someone steal from us. Woe is me. Please bail us out.

It is unfortunate but I see no reason why he should expect gamers to bail them out by buying some trinkets.

Re: Palladium In Trouble

Hmmm, I'm not a huge Palladium fan, but I owe some seriously good memories to their old TMNT line and Ninjas and Superspies. I'll have to think about it. Money is tight.

Re: Palladium In Trouble

Who stole what? And what is the legal situation?

I don't really care about Palladium but I'm curious. If it was say Pinnacle or Eos Press I'd be donating right now.

Of course this didn't help either.
