Overall, a fair review. I just wanted to clarify a single tiny point.

The way Retirement works is someone declares Endgame, then that person gets to Retire his character. Then everyone else must Retire, in order, from highest to lowest Retirement point total.

As per p. 32:

Once Endgame begins, and the person who declared Endgame gets to narrate an end for his character, everyone else does the same, in the same order listed above (highest to lowest Retirement Points, etc.) Once all the protagonists have given their Endgame narration, the game moderator does a similar narration for any important supporting cast, if any.

One other small footnote: The sidebar text is not in the HTML copy of the game. I don't want people to get the wrong impression. Also, the sidebars are never intended to be a continuation of the text. Commentary on it, yes, but never continuation. You should be able to read the entire game while ignoring the sidebars, and get along just fine.
