Qin is heavy on setting and light on rules published in a very slick package. It's well written and researched and plays like the mythology it wants to emulate.

Thank you for an informative and well-structured review. Even with the popularity of Exalted, Feng Shui and other eastern tinted games, I have found myself largely uninterested in the genre. Your review has certainly prompted me to give it another look. I only hope the game sees hardcopy release over the pond here in the UK.

Qin's distribution company is the same as White Wolf's according to what's been said here and elsewhere, so I'd be surprised if UK shops didn't carry it.
Furthermore, I've been discussing the idea of going to Dragonmeet with the 7eme Cercle. I don't know if they will, but that may be a time and place when/where the game will be readily available.

That's good news indeed.

I emailed Neko (Valerie Laproye), the CEO of 7th Circle and this is what she had to tell me
"The game will be distributed by PSI, that means Esdevium for UK, and I think for Canada. "

Does anyone know how I could get in contact with the writing staff or perhaps a Qin-specific board? I love the system, but there are some vaguaries that require some clarification or an errata.

I - and Brand and Neko on this forum - am one of the author of Qin.
If you have questions, there is also an english-speaking forum on the site of the editor : http://www.7emecercle.com/forum/view...7238d68fb09f72
