What's the artwork like, and how much is there? I don't play Hero System (since Champions in the '80s) but I've bought a few of their products for the non-system content and illustrations.

Almost every creature has artwork associated with it. It ranges from decent to excellent. Eight different artists contributed to the book giviing it a nice diversity of style.
It's a good source of information on beasts and other assorted things of Asian legends.

Some of the artwork is very good. Most is mediocre. A significant portion is awful.
