Thanks to some work by EABA fan Jason Anderson, there is now a "lite" version of the main EABA rules available for download. This lets you make basic characters, run combats and has an overview of the paranormal power system. It is a much better intro to the actual EABA system than the travel-friendly EABAnywhere.

Anyway... you can get it from here, and I'm in the process of updating the demo links at RPGnow and elsewhere. And, of course, you can get EABAlite at the EABA support page.

I recommend that anyone who wants to get a good glimpse into the whole EABA thing check this out.

Weighing in at just 15 pages, it manages to provide enough detail to get a working feel of the system - definitely more than enough material necessary to decide whether it suits your tastes or not.

EABA's been somewhat of a "sleeper hit" for too long, in my opinion - here's to hoping this new pdf will lure in some fresh blood!

I'll second that (and not only because I'm the "Jason Anderson" who compiled it ). EABA is a rather nifty system that tends to fly under the radar a lot. Hopefully the Lite version will allow a lot more people to check it out.
