there are sidereal and lunars from the first age, and many first age solars were turned into deathlords, but are there any first age solars that remain normal living solars who escaped the wyld hunt? i think one one mentioned, maybe in the book of three circles, but i'm not sure. if there are any, they would be super powerful.

It has sort of been hinted at but I have never seen any explicit statement that there are surviving first age Solars around. I haven't seen any write up for a surving first age Solar NPC I think they are leaving it up to individual GMs to decide.
If they do exist, they would be very, very powerful.
One possibility for a surviving Solar is one who escaped into the Wyld and set up shop in a relatively stable spot, or even made such a spot. I can't remember who suggested it or where, but it was suggested that a Solar could have escaped with his mortal and Dragon Blooded retinue, and by now the generations of mortals could have a high instance of Dragon Blooded Exaltation, due to frequent breeding. God Blooded would also be a possibility. Imagine a terribly powerful Solar returning to Creation at the head of a well trained army of Dragon Bloods and God Bloods and Elite mortal soldiers.
Personally, I don't think that it would be unreasonable to give a 1st Age Solar survivor an Essence of 6 to 8, along with correspondingly high stats. I mean, the guy would be thousands of years old, thousands of years spent defencing his realm from Fair Folk and such.

I think even 6 would be a bit low. A Solar surviving from the First Age would be the equivalent of a Deathlord in terms of raw personal power. Though, of course, not every millenia-old Exalt is created equal.

Since most people cannot fathom why someone would give up male privilege and power in order to become a relatively disempowered female, they assume that trans women transition primarily as a way of obtaining the one type of power that women are perceived to have in our society: the ability to express femininity and attract men. This is why trans women like myself, who rarely dress in an overly feminine manner and/or who are not attracted to men, are such an enigma to many people. By assuming that my desire to be female is merely some sort of femininity fetish or sexual perversion, they are essentially making the case that women have no worth beyond the extent to which they can be sexualized.

I would judge such a Solar to be quite powerful. He or she would fulfill the potential of the Solars. Essence in the 8-10 range. Every caste and favored ability maxed out. Every charm for every caste and favored ability. If he or she has sorcery, every available spell for all three circles plus some that have been forgotten in the second age. He or she would also more than one artifact from the first age. The character would be the shining golden god that the current Solars only hold the potential to become.
An ancient Solar like that would be a very fearsome thing in my game.

Major fubared nutto, and that's for sure. I've considered making such a beast as the Big Bad for a whole campaign, and having them be in a state much like permanent limit break.
Of course, the 1st Age Solar isn't the only Big Bad. He stands on one side, his traitorous first age lover the Deathlord Lover Clad in the Raimnent of Tears stands on the other, and the PCs are trapped right in the middle.
It'd be best with a group of 3 PCs, who make up the remainder of FUBAR boy and Lover girl's 1st age circle -- reborn to make the wrong things right and with everyone in creation wanting a piece of their action.
Boom.

An ancient Lunar would work and make sense too. I like this one. Good idea.

Sure would. Of course, the Lunar could also be the third side of a love triangle between the other two, who still loves and hates them both as much as he/she ever did and sees the PCs as part competition, part ally.
Not to mention the ancient Sidereal who knows them all and acts as a friend and mentor to the PCs because he hopes to bring about a five way conflict that kills FUBAR Boy, Death Girl, Lover Lunar, the PCs, and the annoying Dynast who is threatening to usurp control of the Realm....
