Ghouls provides a detailed discussion of the tormented people who have allowed themselves to be enslaved by vampires. New character creation rules, ghoul families, and rules for ghoul breeding are included.
(Incidentally, the only other game with rules for pregnancy that comes to mind is FATAL. Make thereof what you will.)

Thanks, The Last Conformist! Humorously, I just submitted this review an hour ago and it hasn't even been queued for release. Gotta love the funky review errors
C.W., what did you think of the Prologue/intro fiction, "The Day Club"? Talk about being baptised by fire. If you can stomach that, then you should be able to get through the rest of Ghouls.

I liked it quite a bit, actually. It's creepy, but it does a good job of showing the life of a ghoul and his dedication to his master.
