[RPG]: You Gotta Have Character, reviewed by The Metal Pope (3/3)

http://www.rpg.net/reviews/archive/12/12803.phtml

Dirk Vandereyken's Summary:

You Gotta Have Character is an interesting NPC book, with very detailed backgrounds provided for each of the characters presented, but its limited selection and unwillingness to focus on one time period limits its usability in a campaign that doesn’t include time-travelling

Thus, the book is similar to Who’s Who and Historicals, two supplements for the GURPS game, but the NPC’s described in these pages weren’t in Who’s Who.

Point of information; it appears that this book and GURPS Who's Who share Lord Byron. (Too, doubtless, his intense gratification.)

I know, but that's the only NPC they share, as far as I could see. The Lord Byron in You Gotta Have Character seems to benefit from having hindsight, though.
