For once I cannot contradict the review in the slightest.

Even at the time, and by the standards of the day, we thought this game bit the big one.

I had a copy of the game years ago, and ran it for a bit, but I couldn't tell you one thing about it. It just left no memory in the ol' brainpan. I do remember that we dropped it for Villains & Vigilantes 1st edition as soon as we found a copy of that game.

Unlike 2044, V&V actually had powers! What a novel concept for a superhero game!
