A interesting setting and acceptable game mechanics is spoiled by the lack of detail and elaboration on the mechanical side, and a lack of a grand narrative in the setting. Looking forward to a new edition.

Yeah, I don't know where that's gone either!
If you do a revision, my main item of advice is "be brave"! The core game system and setting in this game have a lot of potential - push it to its limits and you'll have a great game.
