Excellent review, Jeff! You gave a very good picture of the game!

Only tiny quibble is the illos were by both Wes and I. Wes is a brilliant photographer and I'm an e-painter. Wes treated his photos electronically to look like my e-paintings, and I e-painted using Wes' photos as models. One illo was a photograph of Wes' that I reworked with overpainting. The others were by either Wes or myself. It's neat that you thought they were all mine!
