Hallo Mr Chandler,

I tried ordering your RPG via lulu.com. The order had been placed but apparently there were problems with the production process. Oh well, better luck next year ;-)

Hi! I'm really sorry about the problems with Lulu. It turns out that European orders are problematic for Lulu -- though our North American customers haven't experienced any difficulties, those ordering from Europe have reported cancelled orders.

We've talked to Lulu's technical support staff, and we've isolated the problem. A new version of the book is being created, and will be available to our European customers in the next few days.

Just an update:

We've isolated the problem (apparently, Lulu's European printers have difficulty with transparencies, so we've removed all of them from the PDF file), and the new version of the book has been uploaded to Lulu. If you experience any other problems with Lulu, please let me know! Thanks!
