Great review, and it is a very good book. I always think it is the best role playing novel I've read.

Great review! Now I'll want to pick this up -- and circulate it among fellow gamers.

Edit: If you have read Sharyn McCrumb's "Bimbos of the Death Sun" and "Zombies of the Gene Pool", two mystery novels satirizing science fiction conventions and fandom -- would this be in the same vein?

No idea, sorry.

Where to get Game Night

Firstly, thanks Steve for that review. I really appreciate it. (I've also made a comment about it on your blog).

Secondly, in another place (Gregor Hutton's blog) I've had someone ask where they can buy Game Night. I hope it won't count as too intrusive pimpage if I post some details here:

To start off, it's available through on-line sellers such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. If you go here:

http://www.jonnynexus.com/gamenight/

...you can get links for Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.

You should also be able to order it from book shops by quoting its ISBN, which is: 978-1-906402-01-3

Finally, if you are in the UK or Ireland, or possibly Europe, you might find it in your local game shop, and if not, they should be able to order it. It's being distributed by Esdevium Games, and the stock code is MOP001.

Hope everyone likes it! And thanks again Steve for the review.
