Re: New Transhuman game?

Hmmm... Accelerando meets Event Horizon meets Aliens.

I'm curious.

Cheers,

Chris.

Sounds awesome. Horror and Sci-fi. And you can't top the old man vs. machine themes... they win. These machines sound like more than the average cylon... though. Sounds more like... they're eeeeeeeeeeeeeevil.

Re: New Transhuman game?

I'm interested as well.
Of the authors mentioned as influences I've only read Sterling and Reynolds.
Anything I should know?

Re: New Transhuman game?

Sounds like its going to be a fun game.

My very odd question is it possible to play a 'normal' human? I personally always liked the fish out of water stories, and nothing shows how far posthumanity has gone when a 'relic' of the past is trying to make sense out of what has happened.

Re: New Transhuman game?

I forgot to mention one very important thing: the game will be issued under a Creative Commons license.

It is, though they're rare.

I highly recommend all of the others, especially Stross (Accelerando) and Morgan (Altered Carbon).
