It's a classic in heroic film and other media, I'm sure... the hero is off to face the big bad, the day of reckoning, but first must get kitted up. It's probably descneded from chivalric knights spending vigil over their arms and armor, but I may be making that one up. Often there's the loyal side-kick/butler/lady to help.
Usually I find these scenes interminable. When they pop up in a movie I just want them to be over with. But I was thinking about these in light of Iron Man, which struck me as brief and at least a little entertaining.
So now I want to know, what movies (or other media, TV or comics probably have their own) have the best, most interesting or most effective suiting up scene?
(The next topic might be the best Hero Walk of Awesomeness, although Puppet Angel probably has that one locked.)

(Note: if it's a group shot, then it's called the Resevoir Dogs Walk - even though Tarentino isn't the guy who came up with it).
Anyway, I've always liked the suiting up scenes in the Batman movies, especially in Batman Begins and the Tim Burton Batman.
