Don't get me wrong -- this is a good review. But when I saw it, I thought "Yet another SOTC review?" This, along with D&D 4e, seems to have been well-covered on this site by now. It would be nice to have more of a diversity of product reviews in the future.

I review the games I have. There are a lot of good games out there but my wallet has limits (and I don't have a lot of free time to write reviews so its usually games I get excited about that get my attention). I'd encourage you to try and fill the gap you see in the reviews if possible.

SOS and Hollow Earth Expedition are definately two pulp games I've been tempted to buy. I own the Savage Worlds rpg, and have their pulp toolkit pdf's, and Daring Tales of Adventure pulp pdf adventures from an SW licensee, Triple Ace Games. Also own the Pulp HERO book which is an excellent resource, even if you don't want to use the HERO system. Of course, there's Adventure for D20, but I don't play tremendous amounts of D20 anymore, especially when there's Savage Worlds. That said, I've still got my eye on Spirit of the Century. Thanks for the review.
