Great job, Gordon! The Hero system's not really my thing, but this definitely seems like a useful supplement.

How far into low-grade superpowers to the Heroic Talents stray?

Also, does the book include any classic pulp monsters like dinosaurs?

Indeed, the time lines, histories and geography lessons are pretty dang useful for any game set between WWI and WWII. A remarkable job was done with gathering that info.

The Heroic Talents don't stray very far into low-grade superpowers, if at all. They're all built with appropriate Limitations that don't take them outside the realm of your average Pulp - some of which really did go towards low-grade Superpowers (The Shadow's ability to turn intangible for instance).

No monsters in the book, sadly. I think they just ran out of space to be honest.
