It just sounded so crap, only 2 abilities, Fighting and Non-fighting. You roll the fighting for combat and the non fighting for everything else? What is this shit?

That makes the system already twice as complicated as TWERPS

The flashback thing is cool, but its just about a half step improvement from other games.

Besides the flashback thing, as far as I can tell This game Realy SUCKS.

it realy offers me nothing that couldent have been written in an article and posted somewhere. SIMPLE doesent even begin to describe it. The ORIGINAL D and D had more to offer than this game does.

Im realy trying to find some redeeming quality in it but I cant. It doesent have enough setting and story tricks to justify a great role playing experience, and it doesent have enough mechanics to justify a great miniatures gaming experience.

There is no justifiable reason for the troopers to be at war so that eliminates any kind of characters but morons wich would be ok if it were more about having fun killing aliens but killing aliens goes like this

roll to see who decides range, range determines what weapon you can use, roll for weapon = how many you kill. http://forum.rpg.net/images/smilies/eek.gif

the flashbacks could make it better but since I dont care about the characters I dont care about thier flashbacks either.

Ill keep looking at it to see if there is some redeeming quality I have missed but as of this time I vote that 3:16 is

Sorry it didn't work for you but thanks for giving it a try all the same. I'm glad you liked the Flashbacks, please do use them in other games -- I think they port pretty well.
