Western RPGs using card mechanics?

I recall, but cannot find, a discussion we had hereabouts about some Wild West/western RPGs that used regular playing cards as the mechanics. Anyone have a list of games that do so, exclusively? Aces and Eights uses cards and dice, Dogs in the Vineyard uses dice, and I'm blanking on any others.

Re: Western RPGs using card mechanics?

Deadlands (the original) uses cards (initiative and special effects casting) and dice (task resolution). Deadlands Reloaded uses cards for initiative.

Gunslingers & Gamblers by FJGaming. It also has a "Streamlined" version that uses a percentile system.

Sixguns and Sorcery expanded the exclusively card-based Castle Falkenstein to encompass the Wild West

Speaking of Aces and Eights we have four new products for the game that arrived on our dock yesterday. You can check our website for more details (see sig).

...I clearly need to do more research before attempting any sort of game design.

Re: Western RPGs using card mechanics?

Not quite the same thing, but Gunslingers and Gamblers uses poker dice. Although those are fancy six-siders, you do make poker hands with them.

I'm having a hard time telling which products are new. Any help?
