Could anyone please point me to any pirate ship deckplans available online? (I'm talking Blackbeard era here.)
Thanks!

at the bottom of the page. deck plans from Seas of Blood, Ships of the Elves, Ships of War and Ships of the Goblinoids
One of those is bound to have something you can use.
Oh, and if you're looking for seafaring rules for d20, Seas of Blood is well worth looking into.
nothing to do with mongoose yongi
Actually, I'd already seen those. They'll be a decent fallback, but they're a little more primitive than what I have in mind. I'm needing actual cannon-armed pirate ships.
Thanks, though!

I just picked up a book that was released this week by Osprey Publishing called 'Pirate Ship 1660-1730'. It's got loads of information on the nuts and bolts of how a pirate ship was layed out, lived on, and fought from. There are explanations of the various hull types, rigging systems, sail shapes and terminology, and a super-detailed cross-section of Blackbeard's 'Queen Anne's Revenge'. Fifteen bucks for 50 heavily illustrated pages, including the color cross-section and a lot of color profiles of various famous pirate ships.
