I hope Travis is the halfling.

Re: Critical Role- The Best Roleplaying Ambassador I think I've Ever Seen

I'm feeling (left to right):

Taliesin - Tiefling Swashbuckler Rogue.
Marisha - Human Drunken Master Monk.
Travis - Half Orc Lycan Blood Hunter. (The pull of the werewolf is too strong for Travis).
Liam - Human Glamour Bard.
Sam - Kobold Dragon Sorcerer.
Laura - Tiefling Grave Cleric
Ashley - Elf Horizon Walker Ranger.

But I also feel like I'm wrong for a lot of them. G&S ran a which Silhouette belongs to witch player poll the other day. I found most of my guesses matched up with the majority results. Which doesn't bode well seeing as Laura said that she'd seen only a couple people that had correctly guessed what was coming.

Did anyone catch the year the new game is in?

Edit: Mercer just corrected himself on Twitter. Added the missing 500 years from what I originally posted.

So it looks like the final set up was:

Talesin: Tiefling Blood hunter
Laura: Tiefling Trickery cleric
Marisha: Human Monk
Travis: Half Orc Hexblade Warlock
Sam: Goblin Rogue
Ashley: Aasimar Barbarian (!)
Liam: Human Wizard (School of transmutation)

So you were close on some of these.

Out of a possible 21 points, I got 14. I'd say I was pretty good.
7 for matching players to the correct shapes.
5 for guessing correct races (only missed Sam and Ashley).
2 for guessing correct class (only got Marisha and Laura correct).

Not going to count points for subclasses, since they're level two and as such don't all have them.
Laura's actually should have been the easiest to guess, as she's played that character previously for a CR on Gamespot show once a while back.
Taliesin and Travis pulling a switch is a bit of a surprise. But then again, it's not CR without Travis talking to an intelligent weapon.

Justice and Rule

I'm the crazy one.

So here are all the player cards for the new campaign:

Spoiler: Show

Laura

Marisha

Liam

Sam

Talesin

Ashley

Travis

Apparently Travis was complaining about Laura's rolls, and boy howdy did she, Marisha, and Liam come out well from the random roll. Not sure if they came out better than their original characters, but there's certainly some variance in there.

Thanks for posting the player cards. That’s pretty handy.

Interesting that no one dumped Int this time around. I guess Grog locked up the iconic smart person playing a dumb character. It will also be interesting to see how those low Wis and Cha scores will play out at this table.

I had to shut down after the first battle. I’m loving the new voices.

At peak they had 96K viewers on Twitch and 16K on YouTube. That's well over 100K without even counting Alpha. For comparison the finale of the first campaign had around 39K.

Those are amazing numbers.

Somewhere a much younger Dawgstar would have yelled 'WHY ARE YOU PUTTING A 16 IN CHARISMA LIKE A DOPE LIAM.'
