Hello All! My names David Michael Wright (Dave), I'm pretty new around here so please excuse me if I stumble about a little.

I do work as a freelance illustrator specialising in mainly fantasy, sci-fi, horror, and rpg art. Some of my recent work includes illustrations for the Redbrick Earthdawn RPG sourcebooks, Kratas City of Thieves, and the 2 New Cathay The 5 Kingdoms volumes. I'm currently out and about looking for more work on similar lines (Interior b&w). Please feel free to contact me at davidmichaelwright@hotmail.co.uk if you need anything doing.

My previous clients include, Wargames Foundry, Lucidsphere Media, Alderac Entertainment Group, Fantasy Flight Games, and Redbrick Games.

Here are a few samples of my work...

My website may be viewed at www.davidmichaelwright.com

Thanks for looking, and please feel free to 'add me' or whatever its called up here (I know no-body).

Dave :)

Amazing inks. It's incredible how you achieve such depth and so many tones and textures with just simple linework.

Is this digital inkwork or traditional pen/brush work? It is super-clean and slick.

I work traditionally. With B&W's I mostly use just brushes and some black FW ink, or a brush-pen. When I scan stuff over to the computer I give it a final pass through photoshop, and zoom right in and clean up anything that seems a little bit 'bitty', frayed, or vague.

Hello.... Amazing....trully good art. I bought my first copy of Earthdawn when I was small and its till today one of my favorite books - graphically speaking.

How much do you charge for a piece of work like those you displayed as samples? I have a book finished and I really need some good art to fill it.

Feel free to PM me.

Thanks so far and I´ll wait for your reply.

Best regards.
