The retailer sheet for Savant and Sorcerer is up on the White Wolf site, as is the Hyung-Tae Kim cover (very large image so I'm not posting it to the thread). Oggle and discuss. I find it interesting that it "replaces and updates" Bo3C. It looks like they're not waiting for a Revised Ed to start repolishing old books.

That cover makes me blush. Teehee!

Yeah, it looks pretty tasty (the book, the book), but I want to know what they mean by "reveal" warstriders. They are already revealed. Maybe it's just an odd use of words, or perhaps they are revealing more. Perhaps they are elaborating on them. . . . More stats? More combat rules?

Sounds like plain old marketingspeak to me.

The book replaces and updates Book of Three Circles, so it needs to include the warstrider rules (or they need to be placed in another book), hence the reference on the one-sheet.

For that matter, the revision is kind of necessary, since Bo3C was one of the first few supplements - and it shows.

Maybe. Still, I think that, since they're getting a chance to revisit them anyway, perhaps they are going to do a little more on them.

Maybe more detail? I know the page counts are notoriously flexable, but it looks like it'll have a good 30 more pages than Bo3C did. And since Borgstrom is on the author list it might also have expanded Demon summoning rules, unless they have her working on new spells.

Right now I'm in wait and see mode. I already have the Bo3C so it's going to have to offer $24 worth of upgradeage. I'm not saying it won't, this IS an Exalted book, but it'll be interesting to see what it has to offer.

hehehehe...Yay, another Exalted book with a cover that makes me look like I'm reading porn!

Love the art, despite the fact that it's in crotch-o-vision.

Ordinarily, I would be too. But, yeah, it's Exalted, the game that made me its bitch, so I'll be buying it.

Although the cover is... interesting...:D

Yeah, they're kicking up a bit of noise about it over on the WW forum as well. Was Exalted art always this controversial? Between this the flap about the Outcaste interior art it seems like the line is wavering a bit. Or maybe I just missed all the fuss over the Brian Campbell nipple piercings.

Edit: Looked at the pdf again and noticed something. It listed the related books as CB: Twilight, Scavanger Sons, and E: the Sidereals. Interesting that Sidereals is up there, I wonder why it was singled out.
