Lucid Dream RPG's

I'm looking for Pen and Paper RPG's for my group that are based on Lucid Dreaming and really surreal dream world things. Help please. :D

In Lacuna the PCs are Agents of a mysterious organisation which explores Blue City, a kind of dream realm which may or may not be part of the collective unconscious. Bliss Stage has the PCs as teenagers fighting alien invaders in a dream world, while piloting robots made from their relationships with people they care about. In both cases the PCs are lucid, more or less.

Over the Edge is heavy on the surrealism too.
'Dreaming on the Edge of Strife,' in the Over the Edge scenario anthology Forgotten Lives, deals with a group who are lucid dreamers of a kind (they're lucid in other people's dreams). But, while OTE is a great game, lucid dreaming shenanigans is not a major focus of the game as written.

Something closer to the mark is 1994's Shattered Dreams (RPGnet Game Index entry). Fair warning though: I'm not sure the system is terribly good.

WILD (aka Wake Initiated Lucid Dreaming) RPG is in the works which should be everything you're looking for.

As a fan of Lacuna and Don't Rest Your Head, I'm keeping an eye out for James Wallace's Alas Vegas, set in "a city that looks a lot like Las Vegas but where things are... different. No roads out of town. No airport. No phones. No money except casino chips. No law enforcement, or at least no cops. Corpses disappear. Time is nebulous. The desert goes on forever." Instead of dice, conflicts are resolved by using tarot cards to play blackjack.

Lacuna sounds the part. There's also JAGS Wonderland or Don't Rest your Head where PCs are insomniacs who have discovered an alternate reality through their lack of sleep.
Don't Rest Your Head is almost the exact opposite of lucid dreaming, though. It's experiencing weird dream-logic and not being sure what's real while still awake.

(Still an excellent game, though, and the mechanics might be worth a look.)

This thread may hold something of interest for you.
It's setting ideas rather than a system, but I seem to recall it includes a lot of system suggestions.

The changelings of the new World of Darkness, as seen in Changeling: The Lost, are all lucid dreamers with the inherent ability to share dreamscapes with other people, especially when invited in (knowingly or otherwise) through mystical agreements. While the game doesn't by default revolve around that aspect of the setting, the fae oneiromancy does allow the characters to perform all sorts of tricks with sleepers' minds, as well as deal with various supernatural trespassers in the dreams. Dream combat, or "oneiromachy", actually uses stunt bonuses similar to Exalted, rewarding the use of personal themes to shape the environment.
