67) You are to perform surveillance on a suspected weapon's dealer. He is the manager of a J-Pop band (or six). We are unsure how he is moving small weapons shipments. His band in on a European and North American tour that will end in a few shows in Japan. If you check things out carefully, you will find smuggler spots inside the large theater amps/ speakers and light equipment. He gets to move things via commercial airlines.

68) Knox was a pain in the ass for as long as you known him. That goes back quite a ways, since you did "Farm Training" together. So when he went rogue and was disavowed by the agency you were not surprised. In fact you see him working with some bad guys on an operation (You are surveillance on a weapon's dealer). Knox's side is selling the weapons to the dealer. His side is watching people just like you, so they notice you and your team needs to get out or be caught in a fight.

67b) You will be following the weapons, to see where they go. Welcome to Japan. You don't get firearms here. if you can cleanly follow the weapons, you will see them shipped out via a large fishing vessel. Between dodging the local police, the local intelligence (who is not happy with you being here), and the local dock thugs who are with the Yakuza... who are shipping the weapons... it should be an interesting time in Japan.

69) You are sent back to where you where in 67a/68. They need to help out those bad guys. There is a deep cover in the group and the group is currently imperil because of another leak. You check out where you know the group was and get jumped. You are captured and are going to be ransomed for two of theirs. You find out that Knox is a NOC See plot 44 or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-official_cover ). If we can take out the cell above Knox's (who is threatening the group) he can stay in and follow it all the way up. If not, we can free the entire group and take knox with you...

70) You are infiltrating a criminal cell that has been a tool of a foreign government. (It could be being controled by an allegedly allied government). All the cell knows is that they have a benefactor who pays them to commit certain crimes (and provides them with resouces/intelligence). They get their pay and anything extra they can get. There is something big that is coming up, it is all you know.

However, you are outted somehow. (Your control suspect a mole/ leak.) It is action adventure time as you all try to escape, or rescue any of your team that was captured before they handed over to the benefactors (who might be an allied government, who might be a splinter from said group, or might just be "the Leak's Friends" who want to clean up some loose ends.

71) You follow the cells and any leads. Due to some evidence you find, you determine that "The Big Job" is an Art Heist at an Embassy (of said allied government).
Is there more than art being lifted? Do you spike the big job? Do you figure it is a "tiger test" and possibly a way to eliminate the loose end of The Cell? Is it a way for some rogue unit to get other intelligence out of the building (while everyone is investigating the art theft something small might be temporarily ignored)? Is it a way for the allied government to create a plausable deniability about both The Cell and the "stolen intelligence" if any? Do you steal the art before the cell does?

72) After the fall out of 71, you need to be brought back in country and be debriefed. Your Control wants you do snoop... unofficially.. about the possible Leak. You find nothing damming, but some suspicious stuff on a hidden laptop with sat cell modem. Your car had a bomb in it (if you get smart, you check it before you die. Hopefully you had a redshirt spy with you...) Someone tries to retreive the laptop, several of them. They try a snatch and grab, but then the guns come out the moment it looks like either you are going to shoot or you are going to capture him.

72b) God damm it! Knox is one of the people shooting at you. (Maybe he is still on our side, I mean he should of actually hit us - he is a crack shot). It could be that he feels like he owes us. He is still trying to "get into" this secretive organization.

72c) You are now part of the all points to find The Leak. Knowing that he will be assisted by Knox... maybe we can find him and stop him from being "rescued" by Knox's new cell.

73) You need to recruit a young american scientists (with a drinking problem) so he will provide bogus information to some North Korean Agents who are trying to turn him. He is not that reliable, hence the reason why he is being recruited by the NK, your team may have to baby sit the first couple of drops to ensure it works.

After several missions.....

74) A group of operatives have stolen some weapons from a North Korean weapon's depot. The North Koreans are howling in the diplomatic channels as it is obvious Americans have stolen these weapons. (Okay, there were almost all white and they used American Guns from the grainy surveliance video that survived). The Agency has assigned find the group to your team, mostly because one of the operatives was Knox and you know his secret. It seems he has been successful in getting deeper into that organization. The Agency must make a proper show of going after the thieves to placate the North Koreans.

They may saddle you with or you may discover you are being monitored by a North Korean Agent.

75) Your team has followed leads to intercept weapons. The first team had passed it off to another. You were too late and the merchandise was gone (but you might be able to take out those second team bad guys and their cool modes of transport (speed boats)). Still, hitting up previous locations, you find some evidence. Following Knox's clumsy clues (s. pacific fruit wrappers) has you and your North Korean tag along (who may or may not be along) find your way to South Pacific.

Given the extremist rebels that are fighting against the government (I recommend Abu Sayyaf in the Philippines) need weapons, it is likely that this will be a buying point. So you will need to track down their city contacts and present as a weapons seller. See if you can find out who else is selling to them before you need to actually provide them several cartons of weapons. (Or you need to pick up some weapons to trail to the military bases). After shaking the tree, so to speak, you need to see what comes out. (What will probably come out is a car bomb and maybe another violent attack thanks to Knox's friends. After all who needs competition?)

Surviving all that will allow you to follow the contact trail to the extremists. Maybe you can intercept the weapons before they reach the combatants.

76) You are still following the trail of your extremist. Sure you can find the base, but you are looking for who is higher in their chain of command.

That has all been put to the side. There is an old Soviet Nuclear warhead in play in the region. Chatter says it is up to the highest bidder and getting in to that bidding requires some serious local credentials.

Knox's crew has higher ups and we believe one of them to be an old KGB/ new Russian Mafia face (Sergi Egorov). Egorov's organization has splintered from the Mafia and joined into the greater conspiracy that Knox is being sucked into.

Your mission - secure the warhead by any means. This will mean stealing it from who ever manages to buy it from Egorov.

77) After your daring heroics of retreiving the warhead, Egorov is now in a bad place. He took the money the warhead, but feels he is not responsible for their inability to keep it. The party you stole it from blames Egorov for the leak that allowed you to steal it OR believes Egorov stole it from them. Your job is to aggrivate the situation so the two parties will wipe themselves out. You follow everyone back to Paris.

Towards the end, (unless someone gets lucky), you will see (in the distance), Knox and a few of his buddies pull Egorov into an alley.. and Knox shoots him in the chest three or more times. By the time you get there, Knox and his buddies have split and Egorov is just waking up from high power rounds into his chest (and some serious internal bleeding).

Knox giftwrapped a prize. Now can you keep the man alive in the hospital and transporting him to an appropriate location to turn him over to The Agency? You will need to keep this all quiet, because the moment their is chatter... they all will be gunning for him (and you will be in the way).

78) After either the hand off or the death of Egorov , it is back to the Pacific, to follow up the trail of the extremist. Sure you can find the base, but you are looking for who is higher in their chain of command.

Well you know where it was. However, there is now a power struggle between a few higher ups. So the rebels are shooting at themselves as well as the government forces. You need to retreive and stash some assets before everyone who knows anything is killed. (Kidnapping paramilitary officers during an open clash... yah this should be easy.

At the end, there will be a debriefing.
*if Egorov is dead (or if you want to have the PCs find somehting anyways), you will some intel about this greater conspiracy. I recomend K-19 from https://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?753882-101-Birthday-Organizations-Agencies-Corps-and-Cults-for-my-Birthday/page15 but choose your own.

So now your team is in the know about these people that Knox is infiltrating.
