As far as being a good literary source. This counts. But it is anything but a Primary Source for History. The simple fact it was written over 1000 years after the fact precludes that, and all the fictional and inaccurate events that it describes make it even more difficult to use as a PRIMARY source.

That said, again, it would be a Primary source if used as a way of pointing out Literature Styles of the Late Yuan and Early Ming dynasties. So it can still stay here. (And the site has some good historical links on the era too). It just isn't a true Primary Source for history, so things are clear.

Just doing a little nitpick since the Three Kingdoms are the era of History I focus
on, and will be doing my Dissertation on when I get to that point. Well, assuming nothing happens to change that.

Well, granted, but Edgar Rice Burroughs, the Iliad, 5th century Athenian plays, or Ovid's Metamorphoses, aren't primary sources for history either. :)

Don Markstein's Toonopedia: Information on lots of current and forgotten comic book, cartoon, and comic strip characters.

The Appendix to the Handbook of the Marvel Universe: Although Marvel has started a new series of Handbooks of the Marvel Universe, the original is the best--13 or so extra-thick comics detailing characters and groups from the MU in alphabetical order. Here's a bunch of stuff that didn't make it in: alternate universes, extremely minor characters, etc.

The Wold Newton Universe: Based on the work of Philip Jose Farmer, an attempt to link together virtually every piece of fiction from the past few centuries. Good for fans of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen or Planetary.
