I am curious if there was anyone out there that were at these same concerts when I was. I am also curious if you saw any other shows. I remember some friends telling about an Iron Maiden concert they saw, which sounded really good! Which were your favorites?

These are the show I saw:
Ronnie James Dio - Sacred Heart Tour - September 10th, 1985 - Sunken Gardens Boston, MA - Opening Act - Rough Cutt
Rush - Hold Your Fire Tour - November 4th, 1987 - Moncton Coliseum, Moncton, NB - Opening Act - Chalk Circle
Alice Cooper - Raise Your Fist and Yell Tour - February 8th, 1988 - Moncton Coliseum, Moncton, NB - Opening Act - Motorhead
Gowan - But Your Can Call Me Larry Tour - December 1993 - Chevy's, Moncton, NB - Opening Act - The Foundation
Pink Floyd - Division Bell Tour - May 20th, 1994 - Foxboro Stadium, Foxboro, MA - Opening Act - Unknown
Céline Dion - Falling Into Your Tour - June 15th, 1996 - Moncton Coliseum, Moncton, NB - Opening Act - Unknown
U2 360° Tour - July 30th, 2011 - Magnetic Hill, Moncton, NB - Opening Act - Unknown
This last one for U2 was extra cool because I can actually go on YouTube and watch it again

I was at the first 6 Big Day Out concerts while it was at the old Sydney Showgrounds in Moore Park.
Which year was that?

Just looking back I had forgotten how fun these concerts were. I had forgotten to add above my wife and I had also gone to see Céline Dion on June 15th, 1996 in Moncton, NB. A show I always wanted to see was Fishbone. They just have so much energy!

I don't go to a lot of concerts. I've seen Metallica live with Korn and Slipknot as opening acts. Shame it was in a crappy venue with horrible acoustics, though.

The last three concerts I've been to were:
Puscifer in Utrecht 2016
A Perfect Circle in Amsterdam 2018
Tool in Amsterdam 2019

There is, shall we say, a theme going on there.

I've only been to one I'd call a rock concert and even then it was more of a show. October 4th, 1992. Albany, NY. Palace Theater. Helmet opened for Faith No More.

Outside of that I've been to a Weird Al concert once.

Radiohead, Montreal 2019
Dave Matthews Band Montreal 2015 (or was it 2016?)
White Stripes 2007
Leonard Cohen 2008 (I guess he's considered rock?)
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs 2007
New Pornographers 2007
Black Angels 2016
Jim Jones Revue (twice)
Dresden Dolls 2014
Then Black Crows (man was that an awesome show) 2005
Weird Al Yankovic (twice, and met him backstage the 2nd time) 199?
Big Sugar (twice) 1999, 2003

There are more, but I can't even start. And I won't count the shows I've played as a drummer. There are a lot.

Nothing that notable:
Coke Live Festival in Cracow, second day:
They had Big Pink, Panic at the Disco and Muse.

Orange Warsaw Festival 2015
I remember seeing Bastille and Muse.

You probably see a pattern.

I remember the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Queens of the Stone Age in the US somewhere (dont remember where), again them in Santiago de Compostela, Paralamas do Suceso in Caracas, and Soda Stereo also in Caracas.

You probably dont know the last 2 but they are one of the biggest Brazilian bands and arguably the biggest rock band from Argentina ever.

Not many.

Live- '95 approximately. Of course, this could lead to "Who's on First" levels of shenanigans.

"I saw the band Live."
"You saw The Band, live?"
"No, Live."
"They weren't there either."

The Cure- '97. Fuck YES.

The Spin Doctors- 2013, Halloween Night, Epcot Center. Part of the Eat to the Beat Concert Series, lot of fun.
