The future remains somewhat unpredictable, but from my vantage point, I am continuing to work as if the Runner's Toolkit will be coming out.

Probably without PACKS though, seeing as the author of that pulled his contracts.

PACKS=Pre-generated Auxiliary Character and Kit System. Tools where the number crunching has been done so you can easily generate PCs and NPCs.

Packs was a complete generation System for NPC's.
Only if they can find someone to write up a new System on short notice.
