Looking at everything and catching up, the military/ weapons aspect of the planning is not my character's forte. I don't have a whole lot to offer for the "final" battle.
Hmm, there's probably enough for CALEB to do just hanging around with El Chapo, but maybe it would more sense for him to help with securing our getaway / covering up our involvement, rather than get tangled up with the shooty.

CYRILLE can assist with the actual takedown instead, he has basic military stats.

Okay. So lemme run this by the crew. CALEB'S lack of firepower can lead to some serious string pulling:

1) Use a point of FORENSICS to determine what 'weapon' was used to kill Carbone's men. We can then determine what 'weapons' Theu, et al, are in control of. Fight fire with a tactical airstrike. Ya know right?
2) BUREAUCRACY to obtain said 'tactical airstrike'.
3) Burn a point of CRIMINOLOGY to get a message to Theu:
So we send a (fake? real?) message from Burroughs/Sommerville that some "scum gangsters" have threatened him, and he has had to flee The Beat in a hurry. He (they) will be moving to (London?) for a couple of months, but needs a big supply of dope to take with him to tide him over and win him some friends among the Londoners. He'll meet Theu at Place X, quiet but plausible, away from the Corse turf.
4) Cop Talk(?) or HUMINT(?) to find Carbone and set up a low-key meet.
5) At the meet, burn a point of NEGOTIATION or INSPIRATION (if necessary) to get Carbone on board with the plan:
An ambush is set at Place X. With any luck (our specialty!) the Unione Corse will take care of things without needing our involvement.
6) Burn a point of AGENCY to set up exfil for the team to safely leave Paris.

Annnnnnnnnnd go!

Only minor points, so you don't go burning stuff you don't needta...

4) Carbone already gave you a contact point - just call his favourite waitress at the same cafe

6) No sign yet you'll be on the run after the event - unless the.. ahem, well... murder gets traced back to you. Of course, you can always set up potential exfil routes, and only use them (burn the point) if needed.

Otherwise, looks solid.

I'm waiting on you guys to pull the trigger, start making the calls, etc. We need some setup even before we can do any fast-foward.
I'm travelling all today, hopefully one of the others will piece our disparate elements together in the meantime. :)

2. Determine plan to lure Theu to a meet outside of Carbone's turf. What's the lure, plus the where and when. Ideally we will inveigle The Beatniks as well, the better to sell the lure

3. Via the barmaid, get Carbone on board to provide manpower (and take the blame afterwards)

4. Secure equipment and prep the ambush site

5. Put back-up / fallback plans into place.

This is now the morning after the Corsicans had their spot of bother, somewhat after the meet with Mr. Green. Do please state clearly and separately when and where you make your individual actions, and what you're doing to pull the plan together and coordinate, so I can keep track too. Remember all your abilities, and the extra muscle and firepower you can call on if need be. You're not under immediate time pressure, so you can set up well in advance to secure the win.
