OOC WW2 Delta Green: Operation MONTE CARLO

This is the OOC thread for a Fall of Delta Green game set in the endgame of World War II. The PCs are members of a roving MFAA team attached to the Allied 7th Army. Their official ambit is the protection of cultural materials and locations during the fight; their true calling is the identification of COVENANT material and the containment - or destruction, if necessary - of same.

I'd like my character to bring a couple of non-standard items with him from his SOE service - a De Lisle carbine, and a Bigot dart kit for his M1911 Colt automatic. Both are just the kind of off-the-wall kit that a tinkering SOE operative would have. Are those ok? Also, how much gear and what kind of transportation do we start with?

Also Tutunaku as we're both going with Spanish Civil war veterans the could be some old camaradie there, or they could have served with rival factions (even on the same side) and we could have a bit of friction. Either option could be fun.

Sounds good to me, Mr Brian. I'm finishing up allocation of points. Filling in the gaps has actually made him a bit more interesting. A former medical student (Biology, Forensics, Medicine, Pharmacy), he has learned to navigate by the stars (Astronomy), hone a fearsome visage (Intimidation), and a scrutinize the comings and goings of others (Traffic Analysis). He is an old guard Catalan Communist and everybody hates those guys.

It doesn't look like the dart mod was ever in the field, so I would want to make it more random.

You will have a jeep and Preparedness. The jeep will have a Browning mounted - Vivian has some points there. I will certainly allow Agency to boost that skill - as well as Bureaucracy when requisitioning unusual gear at a repple-depple.

Pre-war, Burt was a second-story man of some reputation. After Dunkirk, he volunteered for the army in a burst of patriotism, but was talent spotted by a sharp eyed SOE agent. He is currently on loan to the Monuments Men.
